Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your IEM Manager account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how the process works.

How to request deletion

Send an email to contact@thecolorofsound.fr with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the email address associated with your IEM Manager account so we can locate and delete the correct data.

What will be deleted

  • Your user account (email, name)
  • All projects you own, including their equipment, persons, assignments, workdays, and movements
  • Your team memberships in projects owned by other users
  • Your authentication data

What will be retained

  • Anonymized usage statistics required for service operation
  • Records required by French and EU law (commercial transactions, tax records), retained for the legally mandated period
  • Data shared within projects owned by other users — those project owners control this data, not you

Timeline

Your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request being received. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Subscription cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately before requesting account deletion:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → IEM Manager → Cancel
  • Android: Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → IEM Manager → Cancel
