These Terms of Service govern your use of the IEM Manager application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App's backend services (authentication, database, cloud functions) are hosted by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Firebase / Google Cloud Platform).

3. Description of the service

IEM Manager is a professional software tool designed to track audio production equipment across workdays in film, television, and live event production. The App offers features including equipment inventory, team collaboration, workday tracking, QR/barcode scanning, and project diary.

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Publisher does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

4. Subscription, pricing, and free trial

4.1 Subscription plans

Access to IEM Manager requires an active subscription. Two plans are offered:

Prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT). Prices may be adjusted by the Publisher with at least 30 days' notice; price changes do not apply to billing periods already paid for.

4.2 Free trial

New users are entitled to a 30-day free trial upon subscribing. No charge is made during the trial period. The trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the 30 days unless cancelled beforehand.

4.3 Billing

Billing is processed exclusively by Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users). The Publisher does not receive or store any payment card information. Charges appear on your Apple ID or Google account.

4.4 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until that date.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers in the European Union have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription.

However, in accordance with article L.221-28-13° of the French Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By starting your subscription and accessing the App's features, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been provided. The 30-day free trial nonetheless allows you to evaluate the App at no cost before any payment.
