IEM Manager is a professional software tool designed to track audio production equipment across workdays in film, television, and live event production. The App offers features including equipment inventory, team collaboration, workday tracking, QR/barcode scanning, and project diary.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Publisher does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
4. Subscription, pricing, and free trial
4.1 Subscription plans
Access to IEM Manager requires an active subscription. Two plans are offered:
- Monthly subscription — €7.99 per month, charged monthly.
- Yearly subscription — €69.99 per year, charged annually.
Prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT). Prices may be adjusted by the Publisher with at least 30 days' notice; price changes do not apply to billing periods already paid for.
4.2 Free trial
New users are entitled to a 30-day free trial upon subscribing. No charge is made during the trial period. The trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the 30 days unless cancelled beforehand.
4.3 Billing
Billing is processed exclusively by Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users). The Publisher does not receive or store any payment card information. Charges appear on your Apple ID or Google account.
4.4 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until that date.
4.5 How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → IEM Manager → Cancel. A direct link is also available from inside the App.
- On Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → IEM Manager → Cancel.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers in the European Union have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription.
However, in accordance with article L.221-28-13° of the French Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By starting your subscription and accessing the App's features, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been provided. The 30-day free trial nonetheless allows you to evaluate the App at no cost before any payment.
